A photoreal snow globe promoting Participant's The Unknown Known, in which the Washington Monument stands inside glass while the snow falls as letters.
Donald Rumsfeld called his memos snowflakes, and wrote them across thirty years at the Pentagon. In the globe they come down as loose letters around the Washington Monument, under glass, on a desk.
