The First Group: The One Kempinski Abuja

The First Group's agents used an iPad app to sell a 152-suite Kempinski hotel tower in Abuja before it existed, featuring 3D navigation of the building, apartment tours, floor plans, and renders.
The First Group is a Dubai developer operating in Middle Eastern and African markets. Its agents sold 152 suites in an unbuilt Kempinski-operated tower in Abuja from an iPad rather than a printed brochure.
The application lets clients navigate a three-dimensional model of the building, explore unit layouts, review floor plans, view furnished interiors, and inspect developer and operator credentials. It was released as Investor Guide, later renamed Owner’s Guide, and distributed directly to the sales force over the air rather than through the App Store.
David Braun worked on the application at Invivia. A second application followed for the TFG Marina Hotel in Dubai, alongside exterior film work.
